Personalizing emails with custom fields

You can now insert custom fields as dynamic variables in the following emails:
✅ Program invitation emails
✅ End-of-program emails
✅ Email resources

With this update, each recipient automatically receives a personalized email based on the information associated with their profile — saving time and improving engagement.

💡 How it works

• When setting up program or resource emails, simply insert dynamic variables that correspond to your custom fields. The system will automatically replace them with each user’s unique data when the email is sent.

• These variables are automatically replaced with each recipient’s specific values at the time of sending.

⚙️ Custom Field Configuration

Before using this feature, make sure that your custom fields are properly configured in your admin space.

❗️ Deleting a Custom Field

• If a custom field is deleted, it will no longer be available as a variable for new emails.
• Existing emails that use this field will be automatically updated — the variable will be removed from the content.
