Improved filters in onboarding creation

Filters (website, contract, department, job...) are now sorted alphabetically when creating an onboarding, and the design is standardized. 

It is also possible (on platforms that authorize this) to create filters from the onboarding creation form. 

Only roles that have the Platform Configuration > Entities authorization can create new filters from the onboarding creation form.
