You are a new joiner in your company?

Don't panic! Here, we'll explain everything about this new onboarding tool 😉

First of all, you will receive an invitation email giving you access to the platform even before you join the company.

You can click on the "Let's Go" button to access the platform's preboarding chatbot.

This conversational chatbot will guide you through the creation of your account, give you information about the company and your team, and can even help you complete your administrative documents.

Once you have completed the chatbot, you will be directed to your HeyTeam dashboard!

Here, you'll find all the tasks you can perform to date on your onboarding program. Don't forget to check off each action once it's done 😉

You may sort these tasks by date or by type of action (questionnaires, training, documents...).

Moreover, by clicking on "history" on the left, you can find all your past actions in one click!

If your company uses HeyTeam to digitize the collection of your documents, you can submit your administrative file by clicking on the dedicated block or on the action itself.

⚠️ Be careful, once all your documents are finalized, don't forget to click on the "Send my finalized administrative file" button, it is mandatory for the company to receive your documents.

Here are some other features you can use on HeyTeam:

  • View your promotion on the Team page 
  • Contact your manager or any other colleague via instant messaging
  • Learn more about your company, its history and values on the Company page
  • Get weekly reminders about the tasks available on your schedule via the Monday email! 🌟
