Key steps:

To adapt to each company, the support that was purchased and the customer's needs:

  • Kick-Off: Meeting to present the tool to all stakeholders (HR, Managers, IT, etc.), demonstration of the various features and presentation of the CSM's support, as well as the different stages of the project.

  • Workshop 1: Design-thinking workshop to help you imagine your ideal onboarding program.

  • Workshop 2: Validation workshop of the onboarding program: validation of the sending dates of each action as well as the resources to digitalize on HeyTeam.

  • Workshop 3: Training workshop on how to configure an onboarding program.

  • Branding workshop: Presentation of the platform's customization possibilities (colors / logo / emails / company page...).
