Previously, only a single email could confirm that the administrative file had been fully completed. ![](https://support.heyteam.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Capture%20d%E2%80%99e%CC%81cran%202023-04-03%20a%CC%80%2015-02-16-png.png?width=443&height=215&name=Capture%20d%E2%80%99e%CC%81cran%202023-04-03%20a%CC%80%2015-02-16-png.png) Going forward, we have enhanced the precision of this alert: it is now possible to send an email notification as soon as a single category of administrative documents has been completed. ![Requirements-1](https://support.heyteam.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Requirements-1.png?width=670&height=325&name=Requirements-1.png) On the screenshot above, you find different categories of administrative documents (Pdf to fill, bank details, social security number, emergency contact e.t.c.). Before this feature, it was only possible to send an email **upon completion of all these documents.** Going forward, it is possible to notify someone as soon as one one of the category has been completed.
