The administrative requierements on HeyTeam allow you to collect the documents necessary for the development of the employment contract, to have image rights authorizations signed or even to request the sizes of work uniforms.
Until now, only one email could indicate that the complete administrative file was completed.
From now on, we are improving the finesse of this alert: it is now possible to send an email as soon as a single category of administrative documents is completed!
On the screenshot above, you find different categories of administrative documents (Pdf to fill, banl details, social security number, emergency...). Before this feature, it was possible to send an email only upon completion of all these parts.
From now on, it is possible to notify someone as soon as only one of the category has been filled. 😊
To configure this new feature, go to Settings > Notifications to activate the new notifications first and customize it.
Then go to the category of administrative document itself and to its "Targeting" part.
At the very bottom of this page you can choose the roles that will receive an email when this category is completed (the people who are in "Accessible by") and choose to activate the notification.
