Notification when an administrative requirement category is completed

The administrative requirements in HeyTeam enable you to collect the documents necessary for drafting the employment contract, obtain signed authorizations for image rights, and even request employees' uniform sizes.

Previously, only a single email could confirm that the administrative file had been fully completed.



Going forward, we have enhanced the precision of this alert: it is now possible to send an email notification as soon as a single category of administrative documents has been completed.

On the screenshot above, you find different categories of administrative documents (Pdf to fill, bank details, social security number, emergency contact e.t.c.). Before this feature, it was only possible to send an email upon completion of all these documents.

Going forward, it is possible to notify someone as soon as one one of the category has been completed.

To configure this new feature, navigate to Settings > Notifications, enable the new notifications, and then customize them according to your preferences.

Then go to the specific category of administrative document and to the tab "Targets".

At the very bottom of this page you can decide the people that you wish to receive an email when this category has been completed (the people who are in "Accessible by") and choose to activate the notification.
