Allows you to configure programs with several reference dates
The multi-key dates is a major change on HeyTeam.
Before his arrival, each program functioned as a series of actions relating to a key date: the date of arrival, the date of change of post or the date of departure.
From now on, you have the possibility of setting several key dates on the same program.
How is this set on HeyTeam?
Go to Programs, the three small dots to the right of your program then "modify".
In the program settings, you then have the possibility to add new dates in addition to the arrival date.
Once these new dates have been added, you will be able to create an onboarding by adding each of these reference dates.
You can then configure each resource in relation to each of the additional dates.
What are the use cases?
They are multiple.
The work-study program
Let's take a work-study program on HeyTeam, you need to send content in relation to the company start date and in relation to the training start date, but until now, only the arrival date was configurable.
A work-study program can now have two key dates: the start date of the contract in the company and the start date of the training in school, which allows you to adapt the integration program on HeyTeam to send content adapted to the date start of training and content that is unlocked on the start date of the company contract.
The Consultant program
The multi-key dates can also manage the "Consultants" programs which also have two reference dates: the start date of the contract and the start date of the assignment with the client.
The trial period
Another use case is the trial period. You want to send targeted resources in relation to the end date of the trial period (documentation, feedback questionnaires, email alerts, etc.).
It will now be possible with the multi-key dates to set the trial period end date as the reference date and to send targeted resources on this date.
Promotion management
Finally, we have identified a third major case that this feature unlocks. It concerns companies that welcome promotions of newcomers and wish to animate these promotions.
People do not therefore necessarily have the same date of arrival in the company but have dates of common events (eg: morning of meeting of the promotion, evening promotion January, monthly HR training ...), all these dates can be set as reference dates in the program in order to be common to onboardees even if they do not have the same arrival date.
And many others !
We are listening to other cases of use and improvement of this feature, do not hesitate to contact your CSM to tell him what you would like to do with this development.
