Block the user on the chatbot until the mandatory administrative documents have been completed
From now on, you can choose to block a user from moving to the next step in the new collaborator chatbot until all mandatory administrative documents are completed.
⚠️ Be careful though, this feature can greatly reduce the activation rate of onboardees' accounts, which are blocked at the chatbot stage as long as the administrative documents are not completed.
The configuration is done in Settings > Welcome Chatbot > Onboardee Chatbot - Step 6
On the onboardee side, the "Next step" button will not be displayed until the required documents have been completed on the preboarding chatbot.
