On your platform, you have access to an instant messaging system.
The HeyTeam messaging system allows you to communicate with other HeyTeam users, but also to answer questionnaires or to accept or complete challenges !
To access it, click on the messaging icon at the top right of the screen at any time.
New joiners can access it by clicking on the right box on their dashboard :
To contact another user, simply search for their name in the messaging search bar. By clicking on the user in question, you will open a conversation with them.
To send a video message, simply click on the "Camera" icon on the left of the chat response bar. This action will open a new window that will allow you to record your video message before sending it!
You can also receive Nudges (or challenges) in the HeyTeam chat. Here's how these will appear.
Finally, when you choose to take a HeyTeam survey, it will also be sent via the chat.
Here's an example:
Clicking on the survey on the dashboard opens it in the messaging system. Clicking on the title of the survey in the messaging system will launch the survey. Then answer the questions one after the other and you're done!
Group conversations and community animation
From the HeyTeam messaging system, it is also possible to create group conversations, to animate communities and also to send messages by email!
