Improvements on email settings

It is now possible to preview the email, HTML has been added to layout, the email settings have been improved!

The email settings modal has been reviewed, now it is possible to preview the email with the "eye" icon, to enlarge the settings field, and to code the email in HTML in order to format it like a real newsletter!

By clicking on the "code" feature, you can paste the HTML content of a newsletter to get the correct formatting.
