Notifications are automatic emails sent by the HeyTeam system. Find the emails proposed by default by HeyTeam and choose to activate them or not. To consult them, go to the "Settings" menu and then the "Notifications" section.

How to customize notifications :
Find the emails proposed by default by HeyTeam and choose to activate or deactivate them. You can also change the content of the emails. You can choose to enable the text message option.
Step 1: Click on the notifications of your choice from the list to see their contents
Step 2: Choose to activate or deactivate the email and/or text message
Step 3: Customize the notifications thanks to the editable fields (the non editable fields are grayed out)
- Sender
- Recipient(s)
- Language
- Subject of the email
- Content of the email
- Remember to click update to save your changes 🙂
