How to manage the Security and Privacy options?

In the platform's settings, you will find in the Security & Privacy tab all the elements to set up before launching your platform.

Password

You can impose on your collaborators a password format that must be respected when creating a password.

 

Session time

Here, you can set a maximum authorized session duration for your Admin collaborators and also for your collaborators who are recipients of a program.

Team members

Here, you can set the visibility of the team page for your collaborators in two phases: before arrival and after arrival.

You can choose to show them :

  • all the members of the platform
  • only their division
  • only their office
  • only the same type of contract

Data deletion

 

In this section, you will set up a possible clearing of data on the accounts and/or administrative documents registered on the platform or an automated closing of the programs after a certain time.
