Where to create a quiz?


Step 1:


Go to the "Resources" tab, choose "Quiz" then use the "Add" button to add a new quiz.

Step 2:

Set the parameters of the quiz:

  • quiz name
  • start message
  • end message

  • assigned to: choose who you want to send this quiz to. You can choose :
    • a role (e.g. manager, onboardee, sponsor), for the quiz to automatically be assigned to all people with that role on the platform
    • a person by directly typing his/her name

  • the filters (i.e. the different offices / contracts / departments / professions to whom you wish to send the quiz)

 

  • completion date (i.e. the date on which the quiz must be completed)
  • availability date (i.e. the date on which you make the quiz available on the program)



Step 3:

Add questions to your quiz.

  • Name of the question
  • Correct answer
  • Wrong answer(s)

To illustrate the quiz, you can add images to the answers and to the question.

 

Step 4:

Save and Finish!
