Tutorial : Creating a program
How to access this feature?
From the Programs page, you have the possibility to create new programs. To do so, you just have to click on the "Add a program" button.
This button is available for all users which have this permission :
How do I set the parameters?
You will then be able to set the parameters of your new program (Key date around which all the actions will be based, type of program -Offboarding, Onboarding, Reboarding, Crossboarding, Preboarding-, and choose a custom title).
Then you have the possibility to add resources directly associated with this program (Documents, Trainings, Administrative documents, etc...).

And at the end, you are able to choose the invitation email to this program :
