How to create a path for a collaborator?

Please note: The steps below concern the creation of a path for an onboarding program, but they remain overall identical for any of the active programs for your company.


Step 1:

From the new path creation page, you will fill in the personal and contractual information of your new recruit. In this step, the identity of the onboardee is defined using the filter system (job, department, office, contract), which will allow you to automatically select the resources needed for your onboarding program.

 

Step 2:

This is the page to select the members of the onboarding program. Select the manager, buddy, administrative officer, and any other contacts who will have a role in the onboarding.



Step 3:

You then arrive at the package that represents all the resources to which your onboardee will have access throughout his or her journey. This package is created based on :

  • the settings you have configured in the Entities,
  • the resources set up on the platform,
  • and the identity of the employee that you have determined in the first page of the onboarding.


Step 4:

You are now on the page for sending the email invitation that will allow the onboardee to connect to the platform. The email is pre-configured, you just have to check it. At this stage, you can choose the date on which the email will be sent, for example according to the day he/she arrives.

In this step, you can also activate the text message invitation if the employee's number is entered in the "General information" step.


Step 5:

Finally, you will be able to view the entire onboarding program. You can modify it if necessary.

You can navigate between the tabs to see the onboardee's program or your own depending on the role you have been assigned.


Click Finish to finalize your onboarding


Congratulations, you have created your first onboarding program! It works the same way for any other type of program (crossboarding, offboarding...).
