The main speaker is defined as the sender of most of the platform's system emails and also it is the person who is talking in the preboarding chatbot.
He is a communication contact point, so he must be identifiable by the employees so that they are not surprised to receive an email from him 😉
Where do we find the communication contact person?
In the settings of the platform you will find in the Communication tab the settings for this contact person.
Who to choose?
- An avatar: a fictitious person, known or not yet known by the company's employees.
- A real person: an HR representative for example
- A team: the HR team for example
