How to configure the Main speaker on HeyTeam

The main speaker is defined as the sender of most of the platform's system emails and also it is the person who is talking in the preboarding chatbot. 


He is a communication contact point, so he must be identifiable by the employees so that they are not surprised to receive an email from him 😉

Where do we find the communication contact person?


In the settings of the platform you will find in the Communication tab the settings for this contact person.


Who to choose? 

  • An avatar: a fictitious person, known or not yet known by the company's employees.
  • A real person: an HR representative for example
  • A team: the HR team for example
