How do you invite program participants to join HeyTeam?

Some employees will participate in the different actions of your programs (Onboarding, Offboarding, Mboarding ...). It is therefore important that they can also access HeyTeam.

Go to the "Settings" menu, in the "Users" section, and click on the "Invite a user" button in the top right corner of the page.


How do I invite non-onboarding employees to connect to the HeyTeam platform?


After the previous step, you can either import your contacts from Gsuite

OR

Add new users manually


Once you have filled in all the required information, you can send the invitations by clicking on the "Send Invitation" button at the bottom of the page.
