How do I add additional fields to the employee profiles?

In the settings of the platform you will find the "Custom Fields" section. These fields allow you to add new fields, available on each collaborator profile.


How to create them?


In your settings, click on the Custom Fields tab 😉


Click on the "add" button to add a new field.


You can choose the type:

  • text
  • yes/no

 

Where will they be displayed?


Once created, they will be directly visible on the profile of all collaborators and you can fill them in.


Who has access to the settings of these fields?


You can set the access to these fields in the perimeters of each role.

Authorizations > Platform configuration > Custom fields


By checking this box, the role in question will be able to create, modify and delete custom fields.
