Access HeyTeam support in one click or configure your support.
It is now possible for all users to contact HeyTeam support in one click via the interface.
Indeed, by clicking on your photo at the top right, a new "contact us" tab has appeared.
By clicking on this tab, you are redirected to the HeyTeam support form which allows you to contact the CSM team.
If you want the link to redirect through your internal support instead of the HeyTeam support, you have the possibility to configure this.
To do this, go to Settings > Company
Here you can enter the link of your support, and at any time click on the button to reset the HeyTeam support instead.
