In the settings of a program (Programs > 3 small dots on the right > Modify)
We now have in the “Settings” tab an additional field “Start another program when finished” where we establish a link between the program currently configured, and the one to which we want to switch (and therefore, create a draft) once the main program is finished.
Management rules:
- If the switch is activated in the program, it will be done automatically for all users present in this program.
- Once all the tasks of the parent program have been completed, a draft of the next program is generated, while taking over the information already filled in the parent program.
- Only the information of the first 2 stages of the draft is pre-filled, such as when an existing collaborator on the platform is added to a program.
- If a program is closed before all tasks are completed then the draft is not created automatically even if the toggle is enabled.
