What kind of connectors are on HeyTeam?

 

Here is a list of the connectors we already have with other tools.

• SSO authentication (Okta, Azure, Google...) : Login through the company gateway

• ATS (Digital Recruiters, Talentsoft, Smartrecruiters...) : Onboarding creation as soon as the recruitment is made. 

• HRIS (Workday, ADP, Lucca) : Update of data, Deletion of outgoing users, Reception of administrative documents

• SFTP file upload : Creation of onboarding programs, deletions and updates

• LMS (360 Learning) :

Create LMS accounts and assign them to the correct training groups
Linking courses to HeyTeam

• Storage of administrative documents (Mypeopledoc, GCP Bucket, Google Drive)

Sending administrative documents to the dedicated storage tool

• Ticketing tools (ServiceNow) : when a survey is completed on HeyTeam, a ticket is created on ServiceNow to order the material.
