Reset Your HeyTeam password

This article only applies to logins using a personal email address or a professional email address without SSO (Single Sign-On).

🧭 Steps to Follow

  1. Go to the HeyTeam login page.

  2. Enter your login email address.

  3. Click on “Forgot your password?”

  4. Enter again the email address used to log in to your account.

  5. 📩 You will shortly receive an email containing a password reset link.

  6. Click on this link and set your new password 🔑

Password requirements:
Your password must contain at least:

  • 12 characters

  • 1 number

  • 1 special character

➡️ You can change your password at any time from your account:
Settings → Password

 

💡 Important Information

  • Password reset is only possible after your first login.

  • If this is your first login, please contact your employer to receive your invitation link to create your account.
