Survey completed with an incorrect answer

When you complete a survey via messaging, each answer is final and cannot be modified once submitted.
Example
For the question:
“Do you have a residence permit?”
If you answered Yes instead of No, it is unfortunately not possible to change your answer directly.

You can reach out to the HeyTeam support team.
👉 We will be able to delete the survey and regenerate it so you can complete it again.
2. Contact your HR team
Your HR team can also assist you.
👉 They can delete and regenerate the survey on your behalf.
