Multi-signatures are evolving on HeyTeam!
In the Administrative requierement resource, you can add documents to sign: employment contract, tripartite signature, image rights, etc.
It is possible to electronically sign these documents thanks to two service providers:
- Hellosign (by default, the cost depends on the volume of signatures)
- Docusign (additional charge for the connector + cost to the volume of signatures).
Recently, we released the possibility of carrying out multi-signature on the same document (CERFA, employment contract, etc.) which must, for example, be signed by the HR, the manager and the onboardee.
Finally, today you have the opportunity to ordain these signatories. This lets you choose who should sign the document and in what order. For example first the HRD, then the manager then the onboardee.
