Notification - Arrivals of the week

In the configurable notifications, the notification announcing the arrivals of the week has been improved!

This notification makes it possible to announce the arrivals of the week by email, detailing for each:

• The person department
• His website
• His job
• His type of contract
• His name, first name
• His date of arrival

To configure it, go to Settings > Notifications > Arrivals of the week.

 

You can then choose the recipient(s), the content and the sender.

Here is how this notification works in detail:

• If you have a role and therefore a perimeter linked to this role - the notification is sent when the perimeter arrives
• If you have no role and therefore no scope - the notification sends the list of all arrivals on the company
• If you have several roles and therefore several perimeters - the list of arrivals on all your perimeters combined
• If the person is an admin and has a role with a perimeter, he only receives arrivals within his perimeter (IT for example), on the other hand, if this admin has no arrivals within his perimeter, he will be notified of all company arrivals.
