Tutorial : Creating an equipment
Where to create an equipment resource?
- Go to Resources
- Click on Equipment
Parameters of the resource-type equipment:
- Fill in the fields :
- Name
- Description
- Select the program concerned.
- Select the filters according to the program (for which type of profiles the resource will be realized)
- Determine the date on which the resource must be given ("due date")
- Click on "Add".
PLEASE NOTE: The equipment type resources are to be managed only by the "Equipment Manager" role.
The equipment resource allows the onboarder to be informed of what type of equipment he will have on his arrival (type of computer, badge, etc.), this will be displayed in his welcome chatbot.
In the same way, it informs the material manager that he must order this material.
