Customizable notification: a new survey is available

The email indicating that a new survey is available is now customizable!

This email is sent when a new survey is available for a collaborator. 

Here is an example of the current email:

You now have the possibility to customize it in Settings > Notifications > New survey available.

You can change the sender of this email, the subject and the content.
